www.instyle.co.uk, www.look.co.uk and www.nowmagazine.co.uk 1. The promoter of the competition ("Competition") is Cetaphil, Galderma Laboratories, L.P. 14501 North Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76177, United States of America ("Promoter").
2. The Competition is administered and fulfilled by Time Inc. (UK) Ltd, Blue Fin Building, 110 Southwark Street, London SE1 0SU ("TIUK").
3. The main prize ("Main Prize") is a spa break at Chewton Glen, Christchurch Road, New Milton, Hampshire BH25 6QS, for winner ("Winner") plus guest ("Guest").
4. The Main Prize will include:
• One (1) night accommodation in a garden room.
• Continental breakfast.
• 60 minute Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage.
• Choice of either a manicure or pedicure.
• Pool bar lunch on chosen day of Winner plus Guest.
• Unlimited use of the spa and the on-site leisure facilities.
• Complimentary sessions in the on-site dance and aerobics studio.
• Cetaphil products in garden room on arrival.
• £150 travel allowance.
5. There will be ten (10) runner up prizes of a Hamper package ("Runner Up Prizes") for ten (10) runners up ("Runners Up"). The Runner Up Prize will include:
• An embroidered branded dressing gown.
• Face mask.
• Wooden massager
• Ten GBP (£10) itunes voucher.
• Scented candle.
• Cetaphil products.
• Gift Box.
6. Entry ("Entry") into the Competition is free.
7. Competition is open to residents aged eighteen (18) or over resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland excluding employees and past employees of Promoter and TIUK, their printers and agents and anyone materially connected to the administration of the Competition. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.

9. Entry into the Competition is by choosing the correct answer to a question and submitting the answer to one of the Competition Websites.
10. Competition will open on 26 May 2015 and the closing date is 11.59 on 26 June 2015.
11. Entry in to the Competition is online only, via the links specified above. Entry made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
12. Only one Entry per person may be submitted. Entry will become the property of TIUK.
13. Entry must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. By submitting an Entry you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The prize draw will take place by 3 July 2015 ("Draw Date") and will be supervised by an independent observer. The Winner and Runners Up will be drawn at random from all correct entries received on or before the closing date stated above.
15. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified by email only between 00.00 on 4 July 2015 and 11.59 on 11 July 2015.
16. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner and/or Runners Up. If the Winner and/or Runners Up cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days', or if the Winner and/or Runners Up is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, TIUK reserve the right to offer the Main Prize and/or Runner Up Prizes to the next eligible entrant selected by the same judges.
17. The decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in these terms and conditions and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
18. Winner will be contacted on behalf of TIUK by telephone and/or email by 11 July 2015, to confirm the booking for the Main Prize. Contract will be via Pro Travel prize winner liaison and management service ("Prize Winner Liaison").
19. Runner Up Prizes will be posted to the Runners Up on behalf of TIUK by 11.59 on 7 August 2015. The Runner Up Prizes will be posted by the Prize Winner Liaison, via their designated courier.
20. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Main Prize and/or Runner Up Prizes.
21. Main Prize booking must be made at least twenty-eight (28) days' in advance of travelling.
22. Booking of the Main Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Prize Winner Liaison suppliers, a copy of these will be available to the Winner upon request.
23. Winner plus Guest are not permitted to use the Main Prize over Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays, trade fairs and special local events. Any other exclusion dates will be specified by TIUK if applicable. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
24. The Main Prize and Runner Up Prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual. No cash alternatives will be offered. The Main Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
25. TIUK accept no responsibility for the Main Prize or Runner Up Prizes being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, TIUK will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal standard.
26. The Winner plus Guest are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Prize, including but not limited to any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
27. Any amendments made by the Winner of the Main Prize after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges. Some amendments may not be possible.
28. TIUK reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw at any time and reject Entry from entrants not entering into the spirit of the Competition.
29. The Winner, Guest and Runners Up agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by TIUK and Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity.
30. TIUK reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Competition at any time.
31. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, the details these standard terms and conditions shall prevail.
32. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
