Every week in the run up to Christmas we’ll hide a coin animation on an East India Company product. Search for them in The East India Company shop or the Ocado Christmas shop.

with the subject line ‘Gold Coin Giveaway’, and remember to include the following info:

The name of the product.
Your name, address and telephone number.

Make sure to get your email in by Sunday – the prize draw takes place every Monday morning. We’ll contact each week’s winner by email within five days of the Monday draw.

Terms and Conditions – ‘The East India Company gold coin giveaway’

The prize draw shall run for a period of 4 weeks from 25th November 2013 to 22nd December 2013. Entrants shall have to find a coin animation hidden on an East India Company product on ocado.com, the animation will be hidden on a different product each week.

Prize details: There are for prizes of a limited edition East India Company gold guinea coin that are valued at over £1,000 each.
This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over (except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this competition) who have fulfilled the following criteria by 2nd December 2013 or 9th December 2013 or 16th December 2013 or 23rd December 2013 (according to which week).

To enter the prize draw, entrants shall:
Locate the product within The East India Company brand shop, or the Ocado Christmas shop, which has an animation of an East India Company gold coin.

Email competitions@ocado.com with the subject line ‘Gold Coin Giveaway’ including the name of the product on which the coin animation was hidden, and contact details (address and telephone number) by 23.59 on the Sunday of the competition week in question.

The closing date and time for competition entries is 23.59 on the Sunday of the competition week in question. (1st December 2013, 8th December 2013, 15th December 2013, 22nd December 2013 as applicable.)
The winners will be drawn at random on the Monday following the end of each week’s competition (2nd December 2013, 9th December 2013, 16th December 2013, 23nd December 2013 as applicable.)

The winner of each prize will be contacted within 5 days of the draw and will be given full details of how they will receive their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the promotional period at any time and without notice.
We have organised this competition in good faith but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or the prize offered.
Winners may be required to take part in marketing events.
