Even if this is a shiny new car, those five years contain three MOTs
If it is a shiny new car the five years will contain one MOT, not three.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -

Nope - It needs an MOT on it's 3rd birthday, another on it's 4th and, unless it passes another on it's 5th then it is practically worthless.0 -
Oops! Sorry. I only ever keep a car for its first three years. (Not very money saving I know).I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

So what did you end up with? What APR did you get? how did it compare with the Dealers offerings?
How much is the car balanced against how much you are going to pay for it?0 -
To be honest, your post was so vague and meaningless I'm amazed you got any answers at all.Jase_from_Up_North wrote: »Thx for all the advice . . some of it utterly useless . . but hey thats trolls for ya
You provided eff all information, didn't respond to anything for a fortnight and then wonder why you get useless output?
Think about it.0 -
Quite honestly a 5 year finance deal for a car is ridiculous. Most people want rid after much less than that and end up with a car that is worth less than the outstanding loan and nothing to put towards the next one. 3 years is a much more sensible period which could give a year or more of saving up the payments for a deposit on a replacement. IMHO once past 3 years the total payback amount starts to look silly but too many people are mesmerised by the shiny bit of tin on wheels to stop and think.0
