    Move in with family for the next week. Get the bank to refund the charges? They should have notified you that they were going to charge you so if they haven't you should be able to claim them back.

    beans on toast, cheese toast , fried chips, fish fingers.
    all those should cost below a fiver providing you buy a value products, that should see you out for a week.
