Hi all,
This Friday 22nd Feb it'll be 10 years since the first official MoneySavingExpert.com site went live - little more than a homepage back then it's come a long way since - see MSE site history.
To celebrate, at 10.30 am on Friday, we'll hide 10 special wallets around the website, each with a unique code written on it. The first person to post each code in this thread will be sent a cheque for £100.
However... they could be ANYWHERE: in the main site, forum, tools... we ain't going to make it easy! It'll look like this (this one doesn't count towards the 10 - nor do the one in the site masthead on every page, or the one in the latest weekly email. All the legitimate wallets have a 5 digit code on them  )
What to do if you find one
Click reply to post the code written on it in this discussion thread, which will open at 10.30am on Fri 22 Feb. It would be great if you can also tell us where you saw it or even put a link, so other forumites can go and check out our design team's handiwork!
The key point though, is we want 10 genuine, different winners, so won't be sending multiple £100s to the same address. Plus if you've won, you'll be getting a Private Message asking for your address, so keep your eye on your inbox (above where it says "Private Messages") for that too.

PS In the event of dispute over who won, our ruling is final. And if you work for MSE (or the MSM group) then you and your family can't enter.
PPS Obviously to post you'll need to join the forum, but that's totally free to do and available to anyone with an email address.
