I once knew a semi-retired doctor who practised chiropracty on the side. He would crack me up in a few minutes and made me feel like new, and only charged a modest amount. Unfortunately he retired and moved away so I had to seek help elsewhere and went to a chiropractor. These people seem to be only interested in their bank balances, charge £30 a time and give one a whole string of appointments, all utterly useless compared to my first experience with the doctor. These chiropractors need investigating and regulating!

Maximising protein at the least cost. As protein is the major cost of a meal, can we do a hunt for the cheapest . For example, liver is about £1 a kg, cannot remember offhand but packed with nutrition very high in protein.
Another example , cheap cheese has the same protein levels as expensive cheese. Usual caveats apply though, varied diet etc.

Lots of MSErs kindly come together to make the poorly children at https://www.postpals.co.uk by sending a card, unwanted prizes or working together for comps/give aways for example every child got a kawala from the cushell instant win comp.
It would be great to have a hunt on how to help charities for less/using your MSE ways, if that's using the free card offers to send them to Post Pal children, nice toiletries brought at next to nothing and donated to your local domestic violence refuge or those click to donate for free options.
I know a lot of people craft or buy tons of things that are huge bargains, it would be nice for some of them to be used for a nice cause
