I have used Amazon Trade-In a few times and had no issues, in fact several items netted me more money as they classed them as better condition than I stated!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

Yep, have to concur with the above. Only used it once thus far (to trade in a console) but they upgraded the condition from what I had stated.
Took a couple of days longer than they stated, so I was starting to wonder where/what was happening. But overall they did as they said they would, and I would definately recommend.0 -

If it doesn't exist, how did I land on it?
I think I have fixed it now - thanks for flagging Joe

I have used Amazon Trade In without any issues at all.
In fact, I didn't know it existed until Amazon emailed me asking if I would trade in a book that I had bought from them over a year go, so I did!
I found the whole process really easy and hassle free!:j0 -
I've used the special extra £5 offer and it all went well. Good for books that aren't worth selling , (heavy, only fetch a penny) . Great they pay postage and credit quickly . Efficient.
And the Brucy bonus was they returned two books that didn't make the grade, perfect but for a crease on front cover, in two good padded envelopes which adds to my endless packaging pile!0 -
I've now sent two things to them and both have apparantly got lost. I sell on ebay etc and usually rarely have lost parcels. I did look on a few forums and found that they do seem to have quite a few parcels not arriving.0
