Cheap disposable cameras and photo processing

Hello all

Twas my 18th last week, and found that you can get three 27-exposure disposable cameras for £5 from Lloyds (in Bristol, but it might be in other locations too), which seemed good.

Unfortunately, processing costs are incredible! I've been using a digital for a while now and I didn't realise the prices are so crazy! I was wondering if anyone could suggest somewhere that processes them cheaply. Are there any online schemes where you post them in with a cheque? The best situation would be somewhere that wouldn't actually develop them onto paper but would put them straight onto a CD?

Many thanks!

Have you checked out Boots? I know they do processing and a lot of the time you can get Boots vouchers for 1/2 price photo processing or so many prints free.

Thanks for that guys. Boots was quite expensive, I'll check out the envelopes and Truprint is indeed cheap (I will prob go with them). A friend told me today that Tesco is also quite cheap.

    Thanks again!
  • If you know anyone going through an airport ask them to pick up the postal envelopes there - the offers are 99p for disposable cameras.

just be careful about the quality control some of the cheaper priced developers are a bit ropey (im my experience) personally for a wedding id like to pay a tad more and not be disappointed.....
    hope you have fun though!
