How is now having 14 days to return items better than what consumers have now? At the moment under the DSR you have the right to a refund (even if you haven't returned the item) providing you give notice to the supplier in writing within 7 workings days of receiving the item. There is no time limit at the moment for returning items.

Another nail in the coffin for the British small business.
How are you supposed to make a profit if fickle customers are allowed to change their minds and have full refunds of all charges including postage?

Yet another stupid and pointless law produced by Brussels jobsworths.
A new unused item can be easily sent back within 7 days.
It's almost impossible that the item will remain unused during 14 days.

Because the extra sales gained from having confident customers balances it out. This gives the small business the chance to expand and become a bigger business :)
