Free £5 Amazon Voucher - complete survey on Made For Mums website

There was a similar offer a couple of months ago. This new offer is open now and runs until 28/2.

£5 Amazon e-voucher for completed surveys and the topic is formula milk again (I think it may even be exactly the same survey questions as last time).

To qualify for all questions (i.e. to avoid being screened out) you probably need to be either pregnant or have a baby/very young toddler and use, or consider using, formula milk. Also when it asks about different fields of employment, I think they're looking for people who are not involved in any of those specific types of job

I created a completely new account so I could try it again but encountered an error part way through, not sure if it's just a general glitch or because it recognised my computer. Anyway didn't work for me this time but hopefully others will get it to work. Good luck!

I tried it but it did not let me complete the whole survey even though I said I would consider using baby milk and not in any of the professions stated!!

That happened to me too, but with an error rather than being officially screened out. I got really far through as well, then it just froze. Very frustrating!

I wonder if they've changed their criteria or if it's just not working at all. Has anyone actually managed to get through to the end?

Yes I did. No email to confirm yet though.

I don't remember them sending a confirmation email last time so I wouldn't worry if you don't hear anything for a while.

Last time the vouchers came through (via an email from Amazon) about 2 weeks after completing the survey. I imagine that they probably wait until the survey has finished though, to send them all out in one go, so they may not be sent out until early March.
