Bank Account

My partner is in the process of going bankrup and has spoked to the CAB.

Whil eon the phone with them they have set him up with a bank account with http://www.securetrustbank.com/ now they say that this bank account can be used through bankruptcy and that it wont get frozen or closed.

I thought it was only the co-op one or a barclays one you can have.

Im worried as I dont want his wages to go into a bank that the OR is just going to close.

Anyone know who they are?

Thanks in advance.

As far as i know they are much like Card One banking and Think banking, so it is a managed bank account that comes with a prepaid credit card, so your wages go into the account, they ensure all the bills are paid and the rest they transfer onto your card!

It shouldnt be closed etc through bankruptcy as it is an account you pay for they are open to everyone!

Open an account with either the coop or Barclays, there is no need to pay for banking and that is what you will be doing with this account. Stay well clear...
