I have been going through the Government Mortgage Rescue Scheme (Mortgage to Rent Option) for the last 11 months. We are at the very last stages, nearing completion. I am grateful the scheme is in place, because for us as a family, we would have been repossessed and evicted from our home by now.

However it has been a long hard uphill struggle to get help and information going through the process. I started a thread here back in September 2009 in the hope others in a similar position to me might help with advice and information.
