Lentil dip recipe anyone??

Hi - I don't post often on OS so I hope you don't mind my question?
I have had a gorgeous spicy lentil dip from sainsbury's today for lunch - it was mildly spicy and a little like a dahl nut not quite the same - does anyone have a recipe for this type of thing - the one I had was lowish in fat as I am trying to loose weight.
I thought if I could find a recipe I could make it in batches and it would be much cheaper then sainsbury's - I had it with pitta bread and chopped up raw veg - it was great! so a cheaper version would be fab
Thanks

This one sounds lovely http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/spicy-lentil-dip/Detail.aspx and it would be easy to play about with the spices too.Back to serious comping after a 2 year break - 25/05/13.:j
