    According to Halifax, prices have dipped in 2 of the last 3 months...

    And let us not forget, these are the figures for April, traditionally the peak of the 'spring bounce'.

    -0.1%. Not very bouncy, is it?

    lol - it was a 1% increase in March i can't see how this is good for you

    Halifax are 0.8% lower than December - hardly a crash that you're expecting....

    To save me the legwork, chucky, tell me how much prices went up in each April over the last decade.

    Then compare.

    Down 0.1% for April must be exceptional, surely.
