I Need Help regards To Morgan Stanley Pls

Hi pixie1. You poor thing..we are having the same trouble with Marbles at the moment. Morgan Stanley have actually been one of the few nice people so we must have been lucky.
Have you actually phoned them yourself...I mean spoken to the people in Customer Service rather than the minions who have such a sad job hassling people for money? The people I spoke to in Cust Service put a stop on the calls for 2 weeks at a time.
I think the CC companies are getting crafty as some of our creditors have "proper" telephone numbers so they don't register as withheld...but as we live in the sticks and don't have Caller Display, we just leave the ansaphone to get calls. When I got home from work yesterday there were 11 "no message" calls on the ansaphone but no messages and then another 4 within an hour(all the same number) I wonder if that constitutes overkill?
