LOAN FOR HOUSE?

hi. i dont know if anyone read my other msg today.
but i want a house urgently as i'm sick of moving and renting. is it a good idea for me and my partner to get a loan for a house? we dont have any savings as were paying off the car. we wanna move asap and i'v seen houses for about 72000. any ideas????

    i'm no financial expert but i wouldn't say a loan is the best idea. the best interest rate you'd get for a loan is around 5.8% which is higher than a mortgage, plus that's a fixed rate and the mortgage rates can drop as well as rise...
