hi. i dont know if anyone read my other msg today.
but i want a house urgently as i'm sick of moving and renting. is it a good idea for me and my partner to get a loan for a house? we dont have any savings as were paying off the car. we wanna move asap and i'v seen houses for about 72000. any ideas????

your probably better posting this in the mortgage section of the messageboards, will get better responses there from experts0

i'm no financial expert but i wouldn't say a loan is the best idea. the best interest rate you'd get for a loan is around 5.8% which is higher than a mortgage, plus that's a fixed rate and the mortgage rates can drop as well as rise...0
