The prize a family holiday to Corfu, including return flights from London to Corfu, return transfers between the airport and hotel in Corfu, 7 nights’ accommodation at the 5* MarBella Corfu in a Superior Family Room (one bedroom with double bed and a separate spacious sitting room with two single sofa beds), Half Board (daily breakfast and dinner)
11. The prize is valid for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16
12. Flights are in economy class and available from major international airports in London only
13. Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel
14. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests
15. Accommodation based on the winner and his/her companions sharing a Superior Family Room on a half board (breakfast and dinner daily) basis
16. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation
17. Travel insurance is not included and it is the winner’s responsibility to arrange suitable cover for all travellers prior to travel
18. Trip is valid between 26th September 2016 - 6th November 2016 and April 2017 - October 2017, excluding travel over UK Bank Holidays
19. Stay is subject to availability at the time of booking
20. Hotel operates seasonally between April and October and is closed outside of these months
21. Winner must give at least 6 weeks’ notice in advance of their chosen travel dates
22. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
23. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended
24. At least one traveller must be over the age of 18. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission
25. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, additional meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, gratuities, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
26. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
27. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
28. The prize will be awarded, provided there are at least 1 eligible winner.
29. HarperCollins reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
30. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
31. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent adjudicator and notified by e-mail no later than 31/09/2016. Where we require details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to select a different winner.
32. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
33. The prize will be delivered to the winner by 31/10/2017. HarperCollins reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
34. The prize (including return journey) must be taken by 31/10/2017. The trip cannot be taken over any public/bank holidays in the UK.

Just clicked on Harper Collins, completed the form and clicked Submit but it takes me to a book page and doesn't say I have been entered - what's going on?
