Sar Request

Hello All
Allthough I have been lurking on the site and finding some really useful information, I have a question about SAR request payments, although I have looked the huge amount of info means I can't find it so apologies if it has been asked before. I have the misfortune to have a secured loan with First Plus. As the account is in arrears I wanted to submit a SAR request on the account but due to the company being dubious about it's tactics I really did not want to send a cheque with my bank account details on it, would I be in my rights to send a postal order for the amount instead?
Thanks for reading my request.

Many thanks for the reply, I wasn't sure if they would refuse unless I sent a cheque seeing they are not the easiest of people to deal with. I shall send the SAR off tomorrow.
Thanks again for your help.0
