3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
4. Closing date for entries: 23:59 31st August 2008.
5. Jessops.com decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. This competition is not open to employees or contractors to Jessops.com or any person directly or indirectly involved with the organisation.
7. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
8. No purchase or donation necessary.
9. One winner will be picked at random from all the entries received by the closing date of 10th September 2008. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days.
10. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
11. The name of the prize winner will be available by writing a S.A.E to Marketing, Jessops.com, Jessop House, Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1TZ.
12. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by Jessops.
