This competition is promoted by Top Up TV Europe S.A.R.L, 45, Boulevard Pierre Frieden, L-1543 Luxembourg (the "Promoter"). To enter this competition, email your answer to the question along with your phone number to [EMAIL="competition@topuptv.com"]competition@topuptv.com[/EMAIL].
Competition starts 24th June 2008 and ends midnight on 8th July 2008. Entries after this date will not be counted.
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, Warner Bros or their affiliated companies, their families or anyone else professionally connected with this competition. Only one entry per person.
No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries. The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age and eligibility to enter the competition at any time. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them, which may be varied or amended at any time.
Prize includes 3 nights stay at a 3 star hotel in L.A., USA, and return flights to L.A. The 2 x adult economy return flights to Los Angeles will depart from a London airport.
Dates of travel must be between Mid August 2008 - March 2009. Dates of travel must not include public holidays. Prize is subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable with no cash alternative. At least one person travelling must be over 18.
Hotel is based on 2 people sharing 1 room. Hotel parking charges are not included. Upon check in guests will be required to submit a credit card to act as a guarantee for incidentals. Winner and guest must have valid passports and visas if applicable. Car hire will be provided for the duration. The driver must be over 25 years of age or a young driver fee may apply, to be paid locally by the winner. The driver must have a full National Driving Licence. The winner's credit card will be required for the car hire deposit (this will be refunded if the car is returned intact). Travel insurance is included.
The winner will be notified by phone/email within 2 weeks of the closing date. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner for any reason within 10 days of the closing date by using the contact details supplied on the winner's entry email, or if a winner has provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details or if the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. The name and county of the winner will be available on request by sending the request and name of the competition with an SAE to Top Up TV Europe S.A.R.L, c/o Riverview House, 20 Old Bridge Street, Hampton Wick, KT1 4BU. Entrant's data will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be used for future marketing activity. This competition is subject to the laws of, and under the jurisdiction of the courts of, England and Wales. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

My son and his wife are having their 1st child together in December and they live just outside L.A

We went for my 50th last December and I don't know when we can get over again.

The though of having a granchild so far away is awful. It was bad enough when my son moved out there. sorry just feeling sorry for myself
