Balance Board

The key to this is the balance board, which designer Shigeru Miyamoto was apparently inspired to make by standing on a pair of regular weight scales positioned side by side. It helps to calculate things like your BMI, and forms the basis of all the key activities. It's also put to use in other games - including Family Ski from Namco Bandai and the upcoming Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party.
Fortunately, we've also got some good news for the unhealthy: thanks to our friends at ShopTo.Net, we've been able to secure three brand new copies of Wii Fit, and, since we all look like extras from The OC already, we're giving them away to you!
