E: 30/06 Win tix to Hampton Court Palace Flower Show or an Aquapod

1. All entrants must be UK residents and be aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of Hozelock Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. All entries must be submitted utilising the online entry form posted on www.hozelock-aquapod.com
4. The closing date for the competition is 30th June 2008.The draw for the winners will be made no more than 5 working days after the closing date of the competition.
5. The winners will be notified by telephone that they have won. The winner must respond within 3 days of any messages left or Hozelock reserve the right to redraw and choose a new winner.
6. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. First prize includes 2 one day tickets to the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show between 8 – 13th July 2008. The tickets will be for a pre-selected day and will not be transferable. The prize doesn’t include travel to and from the show which will be the sole responsibility of the winner. There is one runner-up prize of a Hozelock Auto Aquapod 10.
8. The prize is subject to availability and all competitors (including, without limitation, the winner), also agree and acknowledge that the prize may be altered and/or postponed at short notice and at Hozelock Ltd.'s sole discretion.
9. All entrants (including the winners) agree that in the event that any injury, loss or damage is suffered in connection with the competition or the prize (including the prospect of winning a prize) by any person, they will have no remedy whatsoever against Hozelock Ltd. or any associates thereof, and Hozelock Ltd. hereby disclaims all liability so far as permitted by law in connection therewith.
10. By entering the competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by these and any additional terms set by Hozelock Ltd. or any relevant third party (including, without limitation, the organisations providing the prize tickets).
11. With permission, Hozelock Ltd. may request use of competition winner’s name and/or likeness for publicity purposes.
