Terms & Conditions

(1) The prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. One entry per person.
(2) Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to Sense by post or email by 30 August 2008. No purchase of any product or service is necessary. (3) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(4) The winner will be selected at random from all entries received by 30 August 2008. The prize will be drawn on 1 September 2008. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative available.
(5) The prize is seven nights' bed-and-breakfast accommodation in a Junior Suite for two at the five-star InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel, Cyprus, plus two return economy flights from Gatwick to Larnaca or Paphos, Cyprus - depending on day of travel - (other details above, see 'The prize'). Airport transfers are included. The prize excludes travel during school holidays i.e. half terms, Christmas and Easter, is subject to availability and valid until the end of May 2009. Prize must be booked at least one month prior to travel. The prize winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel insurance and the correct visas where necessary.
(6) The winner will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone. Information about the winner(s) will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending a SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 14 days after the draw date. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The winner's details may be used for publicity purposes.
