What's the deal?
Until Sunday 29 June, you can bag single chart albums for £6 instore at Morrisons; including, ‘It’s About Time’ by The Jonas Brothers, the extremely popular ‘Rockferry’ by Duffy and the latest Coldplay album, Viva La Vida. You can also get double albums (two CDs) for £9.
Chart CDs usually set you back around £7.99 so you can get your dose of pop for a bargainous price.
However it's occasionally possible to find it cheaper online, so for a full belts and braces approach check a comparison site like Find DVD. Read the Cheapest Online Shopping article for full details.
Anything else?
The offer is available at all Morrisons stores nationwide until 29 June.

Went into my local Morrisons today but CD section was completely empty except for a couple of CDs including the Whitesnake one which was full price. Has this promo ended already?

Thanks for posting this one, I didn;t know but went along to Morrisons last night and managed to pick up 4 CDs i was planning to pay a lot more for!
They were stocked to the hilt (Edinburgh Ferry Rd) and I was in again today and it looked like they had pretty much everything in the chart available.
Big bargain was new Darren Styles double CD which they have priced at £6 even though it is 2 CDs and also Scooter:beer:0 -
Sounds like a really good deal. However this is only until 29 June. I've found Bang CD to be consistently just about the cheapest online. They are not listed on the otherwise excellent Find DVD search site ... but they are often the cheapest. Only caveat is that you need to check that the track listing is the same as the one you want ... they are supplied from the far east (very quickly!) and can sometimes (rarely) differ from UK supplied CDs.
I find the best policy is to search first on Find DVD .... then look on Bang CD .... then buy the cheapest!
The two sites are:

http://www.bangcd.com/
Happy listening!
