How many samples may I try?
To ensure that this service remains free to all, we would ask that you choose no more than three samples. If you speak to us or email us first, we can narrow down your choices to the most suitable products (Free Advice). Some of the brands we stock, do not provide samples of their products and there are some products that simply cannot be made into a sample. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to send you all the samples you request, but we will do our utmost to help.

Not clear on site if you have to pay the postage if you only order samples without placing an order:
'You can request product samples when you make an order with us, and we will send them out with your parcel. Requesting samples with an order does not attract a separate postage charge.
If you request samples without ordering any products, please bear with us while we process your request. We do process all sample requests every week but priority is given to product purchases.'0 -
Hi folks it took me ages to find the samples them when i added 3 to my basket they were trying to charge £2.60 for p&p :eek: Needless to say i just left it but if you are going over to have a look i just thought you should know!To find the list of free samples there is a search box at the top right of the page just type samples in there and the list will appear;)

thanks Lynne for the advice, couldnt find out where to find the samples anywhere! would have chosen skin care but theres only a sample of eau de toilete and eye cream showing, not even three samples, did I miss it? I have no need for either, so wont be doing this as you still need to pay postage
(not free then as it DOES NOT cost that amount of money to send samples in the uk- unless the company are abroad or sending recorded delivery, they are making some money on this).0 -

They are difficult to find though, as each brand offers seperate samples.

Please be a bit wary of this site. Something strange happened when I clicked on something on one of the pages. My organise favourites box popped up and it had put (all by itself) 3 pages from this site into my favourites list. When I tried to delete them all of my favourite started to disappear. :eek: I managed to stop the process after losing about 20 or so.I have tried a system restore but I cannot get them back.Gutted. I do not know what happened but I am unwilling to access this site again to get freebies.:(wins so far =
