he record breaking British pop rock band McFly will perform in concert at Pop Park 08, to be held at Oakwood Theme Park in Wales on the 19th July 2008.McFly who have thirteen top ten singles, seven of which reached number one in the UK singles chart, have agreed to headline the theme park concert. One of the promoters Aaron explained; “Last year we did the show with Girls Aloud and it was an amazing success. For Pop Park 08 we have the McFly boys on board and its going to be even bigger!”

This year Pop Park have teamed up with online social networking website Bebo to bring fans amazing VIP competitions, ticket giveaways and exclusive McFly blogs. Promoter Alex Darlington said “Working with Bebo has enabled us to create an interactive pre-show experience, for the Millions of 14 to 24 year olds using the social networking site everyday. There really hasn’t been anything quite like this before”.
Ticket holders will not only be able to go on all the rides but see the UK’s hottest boy band in concert as well. Tickets are on sale now at Bebo Pop Park.

Oakwood Theme Park is Wales’ largest Theme Park and ranks in the top ten UK theme parks, famous for Megafobia which is in the top ten roller coasters in the world as voted by the Roller Coaster Association.
