1. This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain and Isle of Man, except employees of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, Somerfield Stores, their subsidiaries, families, agents or anyone associated with this promotion. Minimum age participation of 18 years.

2. To enter simply text ‘CAR’ to 84025. No purchase necessary.

3. Closing date for entries is 23/08/08.

4. The prize draw will take place on 26/08/08.

5. Entries are limited to 1 per mobile per day.

6. The first valid entry drawn from all entries will receive a brand new Fiat Bravo 1.4 T-jet 120 Active vehicle. The car will have 1-years tax, MOT and 3rd party insurance. OTR value of the car = £13,105. The winner will be asked to visit their local Fiat dealership to collect their car. 100 runners-up will receive a Navman S30 Satellite Navigation System.

7. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified in writing within two weeks of the closing date. The decision of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Your text message entry will be charged at your standard network rate (normally between 10p and 12p). Charges are dependent on your network operator. Please check with the bill payer before entering.

9. All valid entries will receive a bounce-back text message within 24 hours as confirmation of entry to the prize draw. The Promoter pays the cost of the Promoter’s acknowledgement.

10. Proof of sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Please note that text messages may not be included within various text packages.

11. Prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by visiting www.winnersgallery.co.uk – and will be available for a three month period.

12. There is no cash or other alternative prize available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative similar prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize is available only to the winner.
