You the winner shall receive an Initial face-to-face consultation at the winner’s regular place of exercise or a suitable gym in the winner’s locality at the discretion of adidas (UK) Ltd, time and date to be arranged. In addition, four motivational consultations shall be offered by phone or by e-mail, with bi-weekly motivational texts/e-mails. A final face-to-face consultation at end of training at the winner’s regular place of exercise or a suitable gym in the winner’s locality at the discretion of adidas (UK) Ltd, time and date to be arranged. adidas UK Ltd reserve the right to verify membership status of the winner’s place of exercise. Before you undertake any new exercise programme or a change to your current programme, you should firstly seek the advice of your GP.0
