    3. Only one entry allowed per person.
    4. The winner will be informed by Friday 25 July 2008.
    5. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries within 7 days of the closing date.
    6. The prize must be taken within three months of the winner being notified of their prize.
    7. The prize is subject to availability and excludes Bank Holidays and York Race Days.
    8. National Express will provide First Class return train travel for the winning family from their nearest National Express East Coast calling point to York.
    9. The adjudicator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    10. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
    11. National Express East Coast accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
    12. Employees, their relatives and agencies of National Express East Coast are not eligible
      to enter.
