1. This promotion is open to residents aged 17 years and older of England, Wales, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, excluding employees and their immediate families of the TOTAL group of companies, its agents or anybody professionally connected with the promotion.
2. This promotion will run at participating TOTAL Service Stations from 18 June 2008 to 15 July 2008 inclusive.
3. Participants must text the word ‘TOTAL’, then a space followed by their postcode to 82100 (e.g. TOTAL WD17 1TQ). Each participant will receive a return text letting them know they have been entered into the draw. Entries can also be made online at www.total.co.uk by entering the requested contact details. Winners will be contacted by 15 August 2008 by telephone or email and arrangements made for the fulfilment of the prize within seven business days. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Entry texts are charged at your standard network rate plus 25p.
5. Winners will be selected at random and under independent supervision from all entries received by midnight 15 July 2008.

7. There are 34 prizes to be won. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are a family
holiday to New Zealand, three exclusive after-hours shopping sprees at a local Disney Store and 30 Prince Caspian gift bags.
8. The holiday to New Zealand prize. The holiday is for two adults and two children under 12 years of age. It includes return flights from London to Auckland, transfers from airport/hotel/airport, seven nights in the four-star Heritage Hotel overlooking Waitemate Harbour, £200 spending money, tour of Waitomo Caves and the Prince Caspian tour, which shows how films such as Prince Caspian are made, takes in all the city’s main sights and includes access to Kelly Tarlton’s Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World, plus travel insurance. The holiday is subject to availability and must be taken within one year of the winners being notified of their prize. DJ Promotions handles the complete fulfilment of the grand-prize holiday including all travel arrangements on the winners’ behalf.
9. The Disney Store Shopping Spree. There are three Disney Store shopping spree prizes to be won consisting of a one hour opportunity for the winners to complete a shopping spree in the
Disney Store closest to the winner’s home address. The maximum value of goods which may be collected during the spree is £500. Each spree will take place on a date to be agreed between the Promoter and the winner. Refreshments for up to four people and a personal shopper will be provided. Shopping spree arrangements to be agreed with the individual winner subject to normal store opening times and availability.
10. To the extent only permitted by applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to use the winners’ voices, images, photographs, names and likenesses for publicity and in advertising,
marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners and in entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the same.
11. Proof of entry will not be taken as proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
12. The winners’ names and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to TOTAL, Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian Promotion, 40 Clarendon Road, Watford, Herts WD17 1TQ.
13. All personal data submitted as part of the promotion will be stored and processed on behalf of TOTAL UK Limited as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All such data will be processed within the EEA and will only be used to contact the winners.
