Go to competitions, then Brewmasters Apprentice, then "the test" you then have to answer a series of questions and tell them why you want to win the brewmaster's apprentice prize.

Haven't entered so don't know the answers, sorry!

    5. Month (takes 30 days to brew)
    6. Before
    7. To protect the beer inside
    8. Brewkettle
    9. Daily
    10. 5%
