Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open only to UK residents, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Lycos Europe, and their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the promotion.
2. The promotion runs until 21st July inclusive.
3. Only one entry per person. Multiple or repeat entries will be rejected. No purchase necessary.
4. The full details of the prize can be read in 'The Prize' on the previous page. There are no cash alternatives and the prize is non-transferable.
5. Winners will be drawn by an independent judge and notified within 28 day of the draw date. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted by email within 21 days the Promoter reserves the right to draw by an independent judge, a substitute winner and the original winner will forfeit the prize. Winners will be asked to supply a postal address for receipt of the prize.
6. Winners must allow up to 28 days for prize fulfilment.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Winner before the prize is awarded. Entrants providing incorrect, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be disqualified and any prize awarded may be forfeited at the Promoter's discretion.
9. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind and accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
10. The Promoter is not liable in the event of unavailability of any part of a prize, or other matters beyond the promoter's control, Furthermore the Promoter is not liable to the winner for any cancellation, delay, loss, damage, distress or inconvenience arising from goods or services provided to the recipients of the prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No cash alternative is available. 11.
