Online Competition Terms & Conditions
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK except employees of the Promoter, or any of their subsidiaries, agents or families or anyone else connected with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility of entrants.
Your entry will be entered into the main prize draw where a winner will be selected at random. Entries are limited to one entry per household.
The prize will be weekend rental of a Coupe Cabriolet. A vehicle will be supplied for a total of two days and will include a full tank of fuel and a collision damage waiver.
The rental vehicle must be collected from and returned to an Arnold Clark Rental branch. The driver must be over 25 years old and have a full clean driving licence which has been held for more than one year. The driver must bring both parts of their driving licence (if new style) and proof of address when collecting the car.
Prizes must be accepted as offered and are not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
The prize must be taken before 1st October 2008.
A winner will be drawn at random by an independent person from all valid online entries. The winner will be informed by phone or email by 27 June 2008. If the winner (or the winner of any subsequent draws) cannot be contacted one week from the date of first attempted notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct redraws until a winner is successfully contacted, subject to the same terms and conditions specified herein.
Entries that are incomplete, defaced or damaged will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or winner for any fraud committed by any third party in an event beyond its control. The promoter is not liable for any third party acts or omissions.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
