Prize draw terms & conditions:
- Instructions of 'how to enter' and the prize description forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
- To enter, return your questionnaire by December 21st. Entry can only be made by sending the completed questionnaire to the above address. Only one entry per household. Multiple entries or those via third parties will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The promoter will take no responsibility for loss, damage or delay to entries.
- Entry is only open to United Kingdom residents. Bluewater employees, retailers and immediate families and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Entrants must be 18 years or over and no purchase is necessary.
- The prize - £100 Bluewater vouchers x 5 winners - will be awarded to the first five entries drawn at random by 30 June 2008. The draw will be made by an independent person on this date.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner will be notified in writing. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner's details will be available on written request to the address above.
- For future marketing purposes the Promoter would like to collect personal information about each entrant and obtain each entrant's agreement in relation to handling this personal information.
- A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. Upon request all information previously provided would be removed from our database.
