- There will be one main winner and one main prize.
- There will be thirty runners up with thirty runners-up prizes.
- Entries must be received by 5.00pm on 30 June 2008. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
- The draw will take place on 1 July 2008 after 5.00pm. The winner will be notified by email on or before 01 August 2008.

- The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List - Prize Draw, UNIQLO UK. Limited, 93-97 Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT1 1QY between 01 August 2008 and 01 October 2008, provided a SAE is enclosed.
- Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this UNIQLO UK Limited's Prize Draw, to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by UNIQLO UK Limited in any media publication.
- The Main prize will consist of one copy of the special edition box set of the Metal Gear Solid 4 game for the Sony ® Playstation 3.
- Thirty runner’s up will receive a copy of the standard version of the Metal Gear Solid 4 game for the Sony ® Playstation 3.
- UNIQLO UK Limited shall not make or be obliged to make any contribution or be responsible for additional costs associated with the winner taking up the prize.
- There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. UNIQLO UK Limited reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
- The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
