Spanish Homes Magazine: Win a three-night stay in the Paradors of Andalucia, with flights
Keytel International, the official UK representative of the Spanish Paradors for over 25 years, and low fare airline Monarch, are offering one lucky reader the chance to win a three-night holiday on its Moorish Route, for two people.
The route covers the glorious region of Andalucia home to the beautiful Cazorla Nature Reserve, the city of Úbeda with its Renaissance architecture and the Moorish city of Ja!n. Your trip will start on a Sunday, when you will fly into M!laga airport, courtesy of Monarch, and spend one night in the Parador at Cazorla, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Cazorla Nature Reserve.
On the second night you will stay at the 16th-century Renaissance palace that is the Parador of Úbeda, and then the last night of the trip will be spent in the 13th-century fortress that houses the Parador of Ja!n.
The Spanish meaning of the word ‘parador’ is literally ‘a stopping place’ and the well-dispersed network of over 90 properties is the perfect collection of hotels around which to organise a touring holiday to explore some of the most interesting and remote corners of Spain.
Over half of the properties are historical buildings, castles, palaces, monasteries, and convents all meticulously restored and converted. There are also regional country houses and contemporary hotels in superb settings with excellent facilities, such as renowned golf courses, luxurious spas, and swimming pools.
There are 30 specially prepared ‘Routes’ or ‘Rutas’ all over Spain to suit all tastes and interests, highlighting places of interest and activities to enjoy in each area as you travel from Parador to Parador.
The Paradors of Spain make it easy and affordable to explore Spain and experience the majesty of historical buildings and superb settings.
Low fares airline Monarch offers year round flights to M!laga from Birmingham, London Gatwick, London Luton and Manchester airports with fares, including taxes, starting from £46.50 one way (£76.99 return). For more information, visit Monarch or call 0871 225 3884.

Not a fan of the one in Carmona - they were so rude to me on checking out. I'm a fluent Spanish speaker, but was speechless on being asked twice whether I'd made use of the minibar. One of those situations where you think of all the replies after the fact!
Still rankles now.
