1. Free prize Draw - to Win a trip for 2 to the InterContinental Carlton Hotel in Cannes on the Cote D'Azur for 3 nights in a Deluxe room, including breakfast.
2. Entrants must be 18yrs or over
3. Competition closes 30th June 2008
4. The prize is valid until 30th October 2008 (not valid in July & August) based on two people sharing.
5. Prize is subject to availability, there is no cash alternative.
6. Hotel is bed and breakfast only. The prize does not include any meals apart from breakfast or transfers to or from Nice airport.
7. Winners must have a Valid UK passport and be resident of the UK.
8. Departure will be from a London Airport.
9. Prizes are non transferable
10. The promoter reserves the right to exchange the prize for one of equal or greater value
11. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winner will be notified in writing by the 5th July 2008. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a second winner will be drawn - if no contact is made by the 30th July the prize will be forfeit.
13. The winners name and location will be available by sending a SAE marked 'Priceless Winner 'to the promoter BEFORE the 30th August 2008.
