1. This promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Family members of employees of the company, companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively “the Companies”) may not enter any prize draw or competition.
2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays and cancellations by third parties who are involved in providing the prize. Only one entry per person.
3. The prize shall consist of a heatworld goodie bag as featured in the image.
4. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing, the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
8. Bauer Consumer Media will contact and notify the winner within 28 days of the closing date.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
10. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
11. The promoter’s decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
12. Details of prize winners‘ names and counties will be available for one month after the close of each promotion by writing to the promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the promotion.
13. The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes.
14. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
