Terms and Conditions

1.The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of Dell and any of their subsidiaries, their families, any agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.

2.By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

3.To enter, log onto: www.dell.co.uk and correctly answer the question ‘Which country does Cristiano Ronaldo plays for?’ along with your name and email address.

4.No purchase necessary.

5.Starting date for entries: 01.00am on Saturday 7th June 2008.

6.Closing date for entries: Midnight on Monday 30th June 2008.

7.Only one entry per person.

8.The winners will be selected at random by an independent observer at Dell and will be notified by email 10 days after the closing date of the competition. The winner will receive an email from Dell informing them that they have been successful and telling them how to collect the prize. The first winner selected will win one XPS M1330 (point 8 section a), the 2nd to the 11th winner selected will win 15% discount voucher (described in point 8 section b) and the 12th to the 22nd will win 10% discount voucher (described in point 8 section c).

Winners will receive a discount code via email. 10.Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 72 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).

A list of the winners' names and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to ‘Laptop of Champions Competition’ Dell SA, Route de l’A!roport 29, Case postale 216, 1215 Genève 15 (CH). 11.Dell shall not be responsible for entries that are not received.

12.There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the prize. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

13.Participants’ personal information will be used and/or disclosed for the purposes of running the competition, for participation in the prize and in accordance with the Promoters’ Privacy Policy, which is located at www.dell.co.uk

14.Dell’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

15.Dell reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
