# Entrants must be residents in the UK and over the age of 18 but not employees or agents of John Lewis plc (or a member of their family) or anyone else connected with the promotion. There is one Panasonic Viera 42” Plasma TV to be won. Entrants can only enter the competition once.
# The prize comprises a Panasonic Viera TH42PZ80B Plasma HD Ready Digital Television, 42 Inch
# The prize does not include the payment of taxes or incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize, which will be the responsibility of the winner.
# No cash alternative will be offered. If the make and model is not available, an equivalent model of similar value will be offered.
# John Lewis Plc’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
# No liability will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
# Competition closes midnight on Thursday 24 July 2008.
# The draw to select the winner will be conducted by a representative of johnlewis.com within 7 days of the competition closing.
# The prize winner will be notified by post/email no later than seven days after the closing date of the prize draw. Details of the competition winner will be available by sending a stamped SAE marked “Results” to the promotional address.
