Entry Rules and Restrictions
1.This prize draw is available only to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person who is resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland and aged 18 and over. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. Employees of BA and of its subsidiaries, agents and subcontractors are not eligible to enter. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions below.
2.To enter, Eligible Participants must register their details online at http://www.greatbritishfoodoff.ba.com and enter the 'British Airways Great British Food Off' competition between 1st June and midnight on 7th July 2008. 3.Instructions to play: Give five British foods a score of out five to enter the competition.
4.No purchase is necessary.
5.All prizes have to be delivered to or accepted by an adult. See point 10 for prize specific details.
6.Eligible Participants may enter the competition more than once.
7.Winners will be drawn at random from all entries received via the website at http://www.greatbritishfoodoff.ba.com. Prize draw will take place at British Airways Headquarters, Waterside, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB.
8.BA accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, mobile phone malfunction, mobile signal, delayed or lost text messages or other such causes. BA is not liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
9.By entering this prize draw, Eligible Participants agree to the personal data they supply being used by BA (or its agents or contractors) to administer the promotion. BA may also use the information for direct marketing (which can include marketing by electronic means) at the Eligible Participant's request or with the Eligible Participant's consent. 10.There will be 11 prizes given away in total.

Specific terms and conditions for each prize being given are as follows:
a)1 x Meal for two at 1901 Restaurant. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st October 2008 and 31st October 2009. 1901 Restaurant is located at ANdAZ Hyatt Hotel, 40 Liverpool Street, London. Transport is not provided.
b)1 x Meal for two at 1901 Restaurant. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st October 2008 and 31st October 2009. 1901 Restaurant is located at ANdAZ Hyatt Hotel, 40 Liverpool Street, London. Transport is not provided.
c)1 x Meal for two at 1901 Restaurant. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st October 2008 and 31st October 2009. 1901 Restaurant is located at ANdAZ Hyatt Hotel, 40 Liverpool Street, London. Transport is not provided.
d)Two nights accommodation at the Radisson Edwardian Mayfair Hotel in London for two people, including breakfast, and on arrival - 1 bottle of wine in room, Stilton in room, smoked salmon in room. Bath Oliver biscuits, Books for Cooks voucher to a value of £10 Dinner for 2 on first night stay not including drinks, Gift on second nights stay. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st July 2008 and 1st October 2008. Transport is not provided.
e)Trip to South Africa including lunch at Overture and wine tasting in the Hidden Valley, Cape Town, South Africa with Liam Tomlin (subject to availability). Flights are on British Airways in World Traveller Plus, accommodation is in a 4 Star property (to be booked on confirmation) and will be on a bed and breakfast basis. Prize includes transfers to and from airport and also to Hidden Valley for wine tasting and lunch. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st July 2008 and 1st July 2009. Christmas and School holidays must be avoided.
f)400 Euro Travel Gift Voucher for Accor Hotels. Voucher must be redeemed between 1st July 2008 and 30th September 2008.
g)Meal for two at Zafferano. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008. Zafferano is located at the following address – 15 Lowndes Street, Knightsbridge London. Transport is not provided.
h)Meal for two at Club Gascon. Prize must be booked taken between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008. Club Gascon is located at the following address – 57-59 West Smithfield, London. Transport is not provided.
i)Meal for two at Le Cercle. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008. Le Cercle is located at the following address - 1 Wilbraham Place, London. Transport is not provided.
j)Meal for two at Tamarind. Prize must be booked and taken between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008. Tamarind is located at the following address - 20 Queen Street, Mayfair, London. Transport is not provided.

11.All prizes are subject to availability and BA accepts no responsibility in the event that an Eligible Participant is unable to take advantage of or otherwise enjoy a prize listed above on a particular date or at all. Winner Details
12.All winners will be notified by email as soon as possible but in any event before 31 July 2008. Winners will be required to notify BA of their acceptance of a prize by the time and in the manner specified in the notice. If a winner does not accept a prize in this way, BA reserves the right to draw (at random) a replacement winner. 13.The names of the winners may be obtained after 31 July by sending a stamped addressed envelope to "Great British Food Off" Promotion, British Airways plc ('BA'), Sponsorship Department, HCAG Waterside, PO Box 365, Harmondsworth UB7 0GB. 16.By entering into this prize draw, Eligible Participants assign the copyright and all other rights in their entries on a royalty-free basis to BA for the full period of copyright protection.
