1. This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or
over for new bookings only. This competition is not
available to employees of HarperCollins or its subsidiaries, TLC Marketing plc or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.

2. The competition prize entitles one winner to 2 night's accommodation inclusive of Scottish breakfast on both mornings and dinner from the hotels Home Grown and Local menu on one night. Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing.

3. All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.

4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person. To enter, go to https://www.avon-books.co.uk/competitions and enter your details or enter by post. Postal entries can be sent to AVON Malmaison Competition, 77-85 Fulham Palace Road, Hammersmith, London, W6 8JB. Responsibility cannot be taken for lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

5. The day of the dinner will be at the discretion of the winner and Malmaison.

6. All entries must be received by midday on 29th August
2008. No entries received after this date
will be valid.

7. Winners will be drawn at random from all correct
competition entries. HarperCollins decision as to who
has won the competition shall be final and HarperCollins
will not enter into any correspondence relating to the
winning entry. The winners will be notified by 12pm on 30th September 2008 by telephone.

8. Prize must be redeemed before 29th December 2008.

9. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

10. Not valid during the month of August or Six Nations Rugby Fixtures.

11. Neither TLC, its agents or distributors and HarperCollins Publishers will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser, or accept any liability for the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. TLC and HarperCollins Publishers reserve the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
