1.This promotion is open to all visitors to www.skybet.com/euro2008 who are over 18 and resident in the UK. You do not need to be a registered Sky Bet customer to enter this competition.
2. The start date of this promotion is 4th June 2008 at 00:01 GMT.
3. The end date of this promotion is 25th June 2008 at 19:45 GMT.
4. The winners will be notified by 4th July 2008.
5. All entries must be received before 25th June 2008 at 19:45 GMT.
6. Only one entry per customer is permitted and any subsequent entries will not be considered.
7. A valid email address must be entered in order to enter this promotion. All entries with invalid email addresses will not be considered.
8. The winner will be selected at random from the list of all correct and valid entries.
9. This draw will be adjudicated by an independent person.
10. The 1st prize is a holiday to the country that wins the Euro 2008 tournament. The prize will be supplied in the form of £1000 worth of Thomas Cook Travel Vouchers which can be redeemed against an alternative destination if preferred.
11. Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s.
12. Twenty entrants will receive the 2nd prize which is 1 x football shirt of the winner's choosing.
13. Thirty entrants will received the 3rd prize which is a £20 free bet. To claim this free bet prize the winners must be over 18 and hold a Sky Bet account. Should any winners not hold a Sky Bet account, they will be sent an email with instructions on how to open an account. All free bets will be credited within 72 hours of either the draw (for existing customers) or of new customers opening their accounts.
14. The Free bets mentioned above do not require any purchase or deposit. The free bet can be redeemed against any sports market on http://www.skybet.com/. The free bet is non withdrawable (i.e. it has to be bet at least once before it becomes withdrawable). Stakes are not included in any subsequent winnings. Once awarded the free bet will be valid for 30 days.
15. There is no cash alternative for any of these prizes.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
17. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier.
18. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
19. All winners and travelling companions are responsible for their own passport and visa arrangements and vaccinations, where applicable.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for tickets or prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
21. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
22. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
23. The Promoter has the right to withdraw, cancel or amend this Promotion at any time.
24. The winner's name will be published on www.skybet.com/euro2008 from 4th July 2008.
