1. Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition by entering online Behind the Mic at leicestersound.co.uk.
1.2 To enter the Competition an Entrant must sign up to Behind the Mic and answer a question and leave their details to be put into the draw to win the scooter.
1.3 Entrants can register from Saturday 31st May at 8am until Monday 30th June at 12 noon.
1.4 Entrants must answer a question to do with Bikes and leave their details to be in with a chance to win. The answer will be a number.
1.5 The winner will be picked at random from all the correct entries or the winner will be determined by the person who guessed the closet to the actual total without going over the actual figure.
1.6 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the sole discretion of GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 16 or over and hold a full CBT License before they can collect the bike.
2.2 Any employees of and or contractors engaged by GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the Competition.
2.3 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
2.4 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified and no prize will be awarded.
2.5 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
3 Prize
3.1 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Station’s representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision made.
3.2 The Prize is a brand new scooter, thanks to Grand Prix Scooters. It’s a Baotian Scout 49cc road scooter and it offers substantial build quality and is reliability for a fraction of the price of its European rivals. With a smooth 4 stroke engine this is ideal for beginners and experienced moped riders alike. Winner must hold a full CBT license before they can pick up the bike and they must be aged over 16.
3.3 Colour may vary subject to availability.
