Carnation Evaporated Milk is a lighter alternative to single cream with less than half the fat - SO MUST BE 50%:beer:

Just realised questions was about Carnation Creamy - taken off Nestle webite......

CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk has 1/4 the fat of regular cream* and provides a good source of calcium. It is an ideal replacement for cream in recipes :beer:

This is from an Australian site but here are T&C and can't see any mention of not being able to enter if you're from the UK.
