All competitions offered by IPC from this Web Site ("Competitions") are open to any United Kingdom or Channel Island resident who is aged 18 or over, except for employees (and their families) of any IPC Group company or anyone else connected with the Competitions ("Entrant"). All prizes must be accepted as offered. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. While every effort is made to ensure all prize details are correct at time of going online, InStyle online cannot be held responsible for incorrect prize details supplied by sponsors. The winner must be prepared to cooperate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition. The winner will be the sender of the first correct entry drawn after the closing date. All Entrants must register for the relevant Competition by giving their correct name and address in the United Kingdom, together with their email address. By registering for the relevant competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the provisions contained in Clause 7 regarding consent to use your personal information. All Competitions shall be subject to terms and conditions as displayed on the Web Site in relation to each Competition. 1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over 2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Instyle.co.uk and Ascot Racecourse. 3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible. 4. Only one entry per household. 5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Wednesday 11 June 2008. 6. The winner will be selected in a random draw on Wednesday 11 June 2008. 7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. The winner will be notified by Friday 13 June 2008. If the winner has not claimed the prize by Friday 13 June 2008 Ascot Racecourse reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize. 9. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Ascot Racecourse. 11. The prize comprises: 2 admission tickets to Royal Ascot on Tuesday 17 June 2008 for five winners 12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation or extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money. 13. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) The tickets are only valid for entry on Tuesday 17 June 2008. (b) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. (c) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable. 15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Ascot Racecourse reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 16. No responsibility will be accepted by Ascot Racecourse for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
