5. The prize is 2 tickets to Larnaca with Monarch

6. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent observer. The winner will be contacted either by phone, email or in writing within 2 weeks of the closing date. The prize must be accepted within 14 day s of the date of notification, in the event of non acceptance within the specified period the prize awarded will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

7. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. Manchester Airport Group reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control

8. The judge’s decision is final. Any correspondence will only be entered into at the discretion of the promoter

9. By entering this promotion, you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition if you are invited. By participating in this promotion, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the promoters to use their name and likeness, for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

15. The flights are valid for the dates noted on the voucher. Under no circumstances will the validity of this voucher be extended. The prize is subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. Flights cannot be taken during peak Easter, Christmas, New Year or School Holiday travel periods

16. The flight seats are available on scheduled routes only

17. The flights are to be used by the registered prize-winner

18. The flights may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or similar event

19. No cash alternative is available

20.The prize does not include airport transfers, spending money or travel insurance

22. Changes can be made to bookings, where the same fare class is available. All admin charges for any changes must be paid

23. Prize winners are responsible for holding a valid passport, paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Baggage will be charged at £5.99 per bag per one way flight and the number of bags must be advised at the time of booking the prize flights - a fee of £10 per bag per one way flight will be charged if paying at the airport. Up to 5 separate bags may be checked in with a combined total weight of no more than 20kg per person. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge with total dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm

24. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, extra-legroom seats, the carriage of golf clubs, sports equipment, hold/checked-in baggage and excess baggage and credit card booking fees).
