Terms & conditions
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Virgin Trains, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion, who are precluded from entry.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. All entries must be received by 6pm Friday 27 June 2008.
4. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by phone within one week of the closing date.
5. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
6. The prize is for one winner and their guest to stay two nights at the Le Meridien Etoile, Paris (one Executive Room), and is valid for a Friday/Saturday or a Saturday/Sunday stay and is subject to availability. Fat Tire Bike Tours - Paris will provide the city bike tour for 2 people. The bike tours begin daily at 11am and 3pm and last four hours. Virgin Trains will provide First Class rail tickets to London Euston, if required, and First Class rail tickets on the Eurostar from London St Pancras International to Paris. All transfers and additional costs not listed here will be at the winners expense – Virgin Trains are not liable for these.
7. The prize must be taken by 31st October 2008.
8. No cash or other prize alternative is available.
9. The prize in non-transferable and must be taken by the winner in person unless agreed otherwise in writing by the promoter.
10. By entering, you are agreeing that if you win you may be used in any related publicity with Virgin Trains.
