I've given up on Hello - it keeps telling me I'm putting in the wrong password even when I copy and paste from the password reminder email they send me :(

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. It was giving me the same trouble, said i wasn't a member, etc etc, until i signed up again and put a different password that's 8 charachters long (my previous one was just 7)

I asked for my password again after trying to submit it and it not working ... they sent the same details again and it still won't work!

Can't see anything about password having to be at least 8 characters long ... they said nothing in their email to me confused-smiley-013.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

i re-registered with a different email addy and used an 8 letter password, and everything is going through ok for me now so try that. i cant see anything about the password having to be a certain length either - bit daft really
