Prize Draw & Regulations

On completion of every Reader Panel survey you will be automatically entered into the monthly The Reader Panel 1,000 Prize Draw. Please read the prize draw rules and regulations below.
1. No Purchase Necessary - If you do not wish to take part in the survey, you may participate in the monthly The Reader Panel £1,000 prize draw by simply taking the time to check and amend your personal profile details each month.
2. Eligibility - Prize draws are open only to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire) who are at least 16 years old. The prize draws are not open to employees of SGRL or News International Newspapers Ltd.
3. Date of Draws - The next draw (July 2008) will take place before the end of July 2008. SGRL will randomly select one winner from the electronic entries submitted before midnight on 30 June 2008. Entries after midnight on 30 June 2008 up until midnight on 31 July 2008 will take part in the August 2008 draw.
4. Prize - One prize of 1,000 will be awarded to the winner.
5. Notification - The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the date of the draw. Email notification will be sent to the email address which we use to send you your survey invitations.
6. How to claim - To claim your prize you must reply to the notification within 28 days, with the content of your email stating where you would like us to send your cheque address in Great Britain. You must send this email from the address you have registered with the Reader Panel . A cheque for 1,000 will be made out to the name you have registered with the Reader Panel and sent to the address provided; unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity. The names of winners will be shown on The Reader Panel members portal.
7. Liability - SGRL is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. SGRL is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draws.
